Thick, strong, stem and broad, dark-green leaves. Okay to top-ice. Available as "Gailan" shorter more tender variety "Gailan Miu". Staple vegetable used in all chinese cuisine, most commonly lightly boiled or lightly wok fried with garlic. Bursting with nutrients; Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Folates, and Carotenoids. Just one ounce of Gailan provides almost 33% of the daily value for Vitamin K (according to USDA). 

芥蘭是四季都有豐收的中国特產蔬菜之一。芥蘭的菜苔柔嫩、鲜脆、清甜、味鲜美,以肥嫩的花薹和嫩叶供食用,芥蘭含有豐富維他命K,C,葉酸,胡蘿蔔素。還有相當多的礦物质,是蔬菜中营养比较豐富的一種蔬菜,可炒食、汤食,或作配菜。芥蘭含纤维素、糖類等。

Thick, glossy, hourglass body with dark green leaves. Available as "Shanghai Choy," shorter more tender variety "Shanghai Choy Miu," and longer stemmed "Shanghai Choy Sum". Staple vegetable used in all chinese cuisine, most commonly lightly boiled or lightly wok fried with garlic. Great for stir-fry or in noodle-soups.

青江菜是一年四季市面上都可以看得到的蔬菜。青江菜 根据梗色可再分为青梗白菜及白梗白菜两种。青江菜又名上海菜,青江菜苗是清江菜的幼苗,清江心是清江菜中長出長心。清江菜常用作为陪襯用的摆盘蔬菜。除了快炒、燙湯等简易料理,青江菜搭配绞肉可做成菜肉馄饨,青江菜也可做包子,還能做成美味的菜饭。

Firm, shiny purple skin, with white flesh. As a staple oriental vegetable, it is most infamously used in the Chinese dish: garlic sauce eggplant.

Chinese or Korean cut. Lush green outer leaves with light yellow interior. Medium sized, densely wrapped heads weigh 4~5 lbs. 

Staple vegetable used extensively in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine. The main ingredient used in Baechu Kimchi.

紹菜是四季都有豐收的菜. 外面是清錄色的葉, 內裏帶有淡黃色的心. 一棵中等重量的紹菜, 重於4~5磅.
